Delete your IJEDZ account

You can delete your account here without installing the app. You can also do it from the app, under Settings.

What happens when you delete

Your account is deleted 30 days after you confirm.
Signing in during that time cancels the deletion.
Your name, phone number, email, photos and profile are permanently erased.
Payment records are kept for accounting, and moderation records are kept to enforce existing bans. Neither identifies you afterwards.

Delete with your phone number and password

The fastest way. Use the same phone number and password you sign in to the app with.

Can't sign in?

If you have forgotten your password, send us a request instead. We will contact the number on the account to confirm it is you before anything is deleted.
